明天學校就要測體試能了!@@有跳遠...800公尺...仰臥起坐...坐姿體前彎(1.)我800公尺每次都最後怎麼樣才可以增強呀??剩一天而已.. 每次想樣往前衝都沒辦法..實在是太累了..還有(2.)怎練仰臥起坐在一分鐘之內做較多下??還有(3.)就是伏地挺身在一分鐘之內做較多下?�
