請問各位我知道彈跳就是(大腿肌肉)衝的快是(小腿肌肉)大腿肌肉我知道騎腳踏車跟蹲舉都會練到可是我希望讓自己的切入爆發力更好那要怎麼鍛鍊小腿讓自己爆發力好呢?(我有兩個組合式啞鈴可以添加槓片那種)還有我想說切入之後拉竿像Rose那樣那個除了練彈跳(大腿)之外還要練背肌跟腹肌嗎?(那要怎麼�
