我是一個高職一年級生身高大約176體重大概90上下暑假有在保持打球的運動開學後因為課業繁忙所以運動就停擺了因為是汽車科開學後都保持舉啞鈴(1天90下分3組)伏地挺身(1天30下)等在室內就可以做的運動可是體重還是很難控制每天到家5點30分大多數的時間都有在看書(目標是考大學)飲食則是沒再顧忌含�
