最近因為游泳發現自己的胸部和肚子好多肉而且走入時一直抖很醜而且希望力氣更大想要開始練伏地挺身和仰臥起坐請問正確姿勢為何?我今年16歲身高178體重72我每天要做幾個伏地挺身和仰臥起坐較適合?剛開始做要注意什麼?我伏地挺身做不到10個就累死了而且隔天還會胸悶(痠痛)我真的遜斃了==是我太胖
