本人目前小六升國一身高153體重41之前看過比自己高大的同學投球超帥的有速度打到牆壁又有尾勁本人目前球速才60兒已請問有辦法在3年內達到130以上嗎??目前有在舉啞鈴和伏地挺身仰臥起坐3種1天30下還有跑步2KM起問要如何提升球速可以話給我訓練表目前會指叉.曲球朋友說有變化但都進不了好球帶...Show
