我從去年開始每做作重訓,幾乎拉~現在要加入籃球隊了~所以每天練籃球又做重訓可是等到籃球隊開始的時候,是不是不要再繼續做重訓比較好阿?會不會妨礙到身體狀況?比如說會不會讓跳的高度變少,手的力氣變小??因為聽別人跟我說,練身體是只有sprot還沒開始時練,所以不知道意思是不是sport開始之後就不�
