小弟我今年大三了,再過不久就要當兵了體能一直以來都不是很好而且時間又很少,早上上班晚上上課,每天都9點過後才能到家11點就要上床睡覺,不知道有沒有什麼運動可以不受場地限制而且能達到運動效果的曾經試過晨跑,不過太早起來跑步我上班會精神不濟而且早上跑步我容易會肚子痛例如仰臥�
