請問我膝蓋半月軟骨及韌帶有受傷醫生開維骨力的藥和紅外線及向量干擾波復健請問大概多久會好?請問這是腳受傷除了跑步不行跑那伏地挺身或其他運動可以做嗎?久坐對復原有影響嗎?
