我國小很胖以前國小160CM就66↑KG不過國中有慢慢瘦了現在是168CM63.64左右不過以前太胖所以肚子看起來都有肥肉現在晚上都有做浮力挺升跟仰臥起坐每天都做30↑這樣坐下去肚子油質???貨什麼方法才有用?美招...Showmore
