我平時有在打保齡球,最近想要練背肌、大腿後側、大腿前側、手腕和腹机的重量訓練,但我又沒有機械式的東西,只有一個十磅的啞鈴,我要如何做才能達成我要的目的呢?如果還要器具的話最好是在1千元內的!!請大大們幫幫忙!!!!!!除了戶外的之外還有啥可以用器具(大的機械式除外)可以做到這些地方�
