我是個大一生目前168cm/44Kg(超瘦...)每周至少都會去打1次籃球,最晚11點多睡(不會超過12點)飲食方面很規律,早午晚餐不會miss掉都是一個便當的量雖然體重仍有在緩慢爬升,但想靠乳清蛋白來快一點變胖(已經買了)所以我想問:1.因為我沒做過重訓+沒去過健身房,如果單純靠每周打完籃球之後or跑步之後吃乳清��
