我想請教各位對於有做鍛鍊達人們一下像是用啞鈴來做鍛鍊大致上我把他分為4種1.就是撐這都不動成L型2.慢速不斷的做彎舉動作3.一般速度不斷的做彎舉動作4.急速不斷的做彎舉動作我想知道這些所練出來的效果是否一樣(爆發力?持久力?)還有用哪一種來鍛鍊會比較好?...Showmore
