啞鈴正確姿勢和觀念 - 啞鈴

現在想練練身體買了一個14磅的啞鈴每次做12下做3輪做了3天左右了發現手臂都有點酸酸痛痛的我覺得是姿勢不正確請專業人士教一下正確姿勢還是做伏力挺身比較好??做深蹲也一樣跟啞鈴這樣循環嗎??
