我想練出二頭肌胸肌腹肌因為課業關係每天只有1小時的時間可以練家裡的健身道具有啞鈴14磅握力棒一星期至少跑步2次一次約2公里我不求短期內長肌肉但希望可以用累積的方式長出肌肉希望大大提供能用累積而確定能長肌肉的方法謝謝
