我現在高一以後想去蛙人當特戰所以我現在每天都伏地挺身仰臥起坐舉啞鈴每次做完感覺手都舉不起來很酸那種還有跑步5公里開始加算快跑也是都跑到快死掉因為我本身不是體育班我只能自己鍛鍊不然可能進不了如果我每天都這樣做對身體會不會不健康?還是該怎麼做可以建議一下??
