想請問各位大大有什麼方法可以訓練肺活量在過幾天要跑800公尺老師說過程中不能用走的走一步就從跑但是我應該沒辦法撐下去我很胖老師說可以用走樓梯訓練腳力漢肺活量但是我家樓梯很短不知道走樓梯來回走(上下走)最好走幾分鐘才會有效果在家除了走樓梯還有什麼方法?仰臥起坐可以嗎?那可以的話
