以前都是練伏地挺身,但是效果有限我很瘦(170cm,54kg)最近開始想用槓鈴來試試看!各20磅作飛鳥和臥推做完不像伏地挺身那樣胸部緊緊的反而感覺手臂比較累....是不是做法有錯?另外飛鳥和臥推是一天兩種都要做嗎?想排一下課表....飛鳥10-12下3-5組,然後臥推10-12下3-5組還要加伏地挺身嗎?...Showmore
