我是今年要升高一的男生在國中其實幾乎沒什麼運動ㄟ(羞羞臉==所以這個升高一的暑假我要大改造!!!我173/58~59算不胖但身上的肉卻不結實(就是手臂的肉都是軟的)我也不期望我能練甚麼6塊8塊只是想說手部至少要有吧!!!不然不敢穿背心==想訓練的順序是手臂--->胸部--->腹部我家沒有啞鈴因為是透天所��
