請問國中男如何瘦身呢?我目前16260kg好胖腿粗又一個肚子怎麼辦><目前我是每天做仰臥起坐100下一禮拜跳23次跳繩每次約100下左右到底我該怎麼辦才能瘦呢??我希望連同我的飲食一起改變從小我就不敢吃菜不健康又很胖拜託來幫幫我請不要給我什麼食品><
