因為我的肺活量沒有很好所以我做不到10分鐘就很喘了如果我每天500下跳繩+N次的仰臥起坐大概一個月可以瘦多少我的身高167公分體重59公斤我想瘦個7.8公斤最少瘦5公斤兩月的暑假期間有辦法做到嗎??三餐都正常飲食只是吃得比以前少一些些宵夜不吃平時都喝開水飲料除了無糖其他都不碰(很少喝飲料幾乎
