請問我現在19歲男生174公分74公斤我想靠吃蘋果減肥連續三天早餐.晚餐都吃蘋果中餐喝個酸辣湯或乾麵之類的因為受不了都只吃蘋果...所以中餐還是吃些比較有雜七雜八的?(蔬菜之類)三天之後在2天正常吃這樣輪迴一個月運動方面的話每天做伏地挺身.仰臥起坐50次抬腿15分鐘空中腳踏車200下走路10分鐘(走��
