大家好,最近去檢查發現體脂肪偏高,我的體脂肪將近30.好難過。雖然看起來不胖但是醫生有說這樣不太好,要多運動像是跑步這些有氧運動能有效改善。請問版友要怎麼跑,跑多久?不喜歡去健身房的我自己買跑步機好嗎?我真的很討厭運動…..但是我知道一定要運動了:(.
