上網看了很多資訊~也詢問過很多人~不過~答案卻有兩種~一種是做一天休息一天~另一種是天天都要做~說做一天休息一天那是有上健身房重訓的人才需要的~而我們在家只靠伏地挺身的~就得天天做~目前~我是都天天做~做的時候腳會放在高約30公分的椅子上~雙手間距約半個手掌~(聽說練內胸)做兩組~目前做到�
