就是我是一位國2的國中生從小體弱多病很瘦我希望長高也長肌肉想說先舉啞鈴(2公斤)如果可以增加肌肉也不影響身高那一天要做幾下如果會引想身高那這時段要先做時麼增加肌肉也不影響身高謝謝各位
