增強跳躍力!!且不傷身體 - 重訓

我181公分,20幾歲了,跳起來大概只有中指第1節能剛好勾到大學籃框,我想問有沒有啥方法能增強跳躍力(除重訓以外,沒有重訓場地),且不會傷害到膝蓋或身體其他部位。還是說人到一定年紀跳躍力已經成定局,能增強的跳躍力步會有太大的發展間呢???
