本人目前大一因為近年都沒有明顯長高所以想開始練肌肉每天都會跑5000舉搖擺玲之類的很少吃澱粉都吃肉和蛋我想問這樣對身體好嗎?會不會造成傷害?這樣會不會反而有機會長高變成不會再長高了?我想問一下各位是怎麼練肌肉的?練多久?飲食呢?感謝各位^^...Showmore
