我比我的標準體重輕了將近10公斤...不運動或吃很多都不會胖如果每天做些伏地挺身,舉啞鈴之類的運動再配合多吃能讓身體增重,強壯點嗎還是要先去看醫生?看看我吸收哪裡有問題,再來增重比較有效?還是說這是遺傳...沒辦法呀??
