因為本身有點窮的原因,所以請不起教練我的體型算適中算是肌肉量低,脂肪量多(差不多體脂25%希望達到的目標是降低體脂,增加肌肉量目前的健身菜單是先拉拉筋做點熱身約5分鐘跑步機或滑步機15分接著隨心情選做幾台不一樣的重訓機器(基本上還是以針對腿、臀的機器居多)但我不知道我每一台機器�
