我阿想說想力氣變大現在把肌耐鍛鍊好每天做伏地挺身70下等不會酸的時候再做70下總140下我做的時候都是膝蓋以下放在高離背5公分左右做的都已1秒2下再做請問這樣有效果嗎?請問伏地挺身我知道是鍛鍊肌耐力有鍛鍊到胸肌和手腕的力氣嗎?我想力氣變大我不想變肥...Showmore
