我上個禮拜下部隊就聽到國軍三項體能伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、三千公尺仰臥起坐和三千公尺我比較不擔心我最擔心的是兩分中伏地挺身45下我之前在新訓中心的時候鑑測做了30下我做到25下左右手臂就非常痠我想問的是如何增加肌耐力可以持續做伏地挺身請問有什麼技巧嗎?感謝大家的幫忙
