我今年高一但是我好瘦ˋ口ˊ,175cm才55kg手臂看起來超細,力氣也很小所以我想讓力氣變大,順便練出肌肉再增重,讓身體更好看現在是有每天做伏地挺身50下,但我還想買啞鈴,可是我同學說要先把自己吃胖再把肥肉練成肌肉,是真的嗎?但是我是那種怎麼吃都吃不胖的,等我我吃胖不知道要多久==所以�
