請大家幫幫我!我171公分、60公斤!我是男生...我想增加"胸部"和"臉頰"的肉,我有運動(啞鈴+健腹輪+伏地挺身)吃是少量多餐然後多吃些肉及蛋白質!但上半身還是沒什麼肉!請問還有什麼東西可以長肉的呢?盡量是胖胸跟臉....謝謝各位!!大恩大德,沒齒難忘!
