1.我腳力不足`因為跑步20分鐘後腳就撐不住了2.我腰力不足`因為作仰臥起坐200下之後隔天就像攤爛泥3.我臂力不足`因為跳繩跳20分鐘後腳沒痠`在肩夾骨和鎖骨中間有一塊肉會酸痛...`而且東西太重我也提不起來我想改善我的情況`請問有什麼方法?謝謝喔
