我是一位國二生.仰臥起坐要做幾下才剛剛好??..我2008年2月2日花了5分鐘左右(聽完一首曹格的無辜剛好做完==).做完了100下了.算正常嗎???我是原住民(阿美族).要繼續做100下還是增加次數呢???
