我今年19歲身高170體重63,為了適應街頭及大學籃球的強度而想增強自己的身體素質,以下是我目前的體能資料:體適能:16006分40秒,仰臥起坐1分鐘55下,體前彎45公分,立定跳214公分100公尺大約14秒,跳高只能摸到籃板下緣我喜歡打球但球技不好,主要以防守和外線為主,但深感對抗性和體能的不足而希望改進...以下
