我本身是一位B-Boy可是我的力量一直練就是練不好==我的老師說...我的力量缺乏爆發力...會讓我一些招很難做出來我想問...有沒有什麼辦法可以增加手臂上的爆發力我目前是做"伏地挺身"還有舉"啞鈴"(啞鈴分別是1620磅)"仰臥起坐"...就這樣...拜託各位幫幫我...謝謝...Showmore
