小弟目前高一身高180體重約78腹肌是還好仰臥起坐一天一百下睡前做有慢慢出來了請問胸肌有在家練的辦法嘛不怎麼想做伏地挺身==手腕有舊傷怕負擔太大請問12磅啞鈴能在家裡做胸肌線條嘛我想練內側的因為胸膛滿有肉的但沒線條好難看.....Showmore
