我目前18歲身高173公分體重約58公斤.感覺身體十分薄弱.因為經濟能力的緣故.又無法上健身房.所以之前完全沒有健身運動的習慣.請問要如何才能擁有健美的線條?我知道要練成像健美先生一樣完美的線條是非常困難的.何況也非一蹴可幾但是至少希望能讓身子看起來不會那麼單薄.麻煩大家提供一些簡易的�
