我只有一隻啞鈴重量16p現在我已經24歲最近開始舉了差不多三個禮拜而以我的方式是:單手抓往上舉到手伸直再慢慢放下持續15下後就換手舉接著換划船的方式一樣單手舉就是身體跪趴平行再地面利用引力提雅玲起來這樣差不多20下換手我這樣統稱一輪休息個兩三分鐘後再做一輪一天約做4輪我主要只是想��
