拜託專業大大分析一下,分享增重的配方-獻上20點先說我的狀況好了:天生是瘦長型的(遺傳),身高172,體重55~57(變化大)有時吃很多東西一下子了不起增加一公斤(不久又會掉),典型的吃不胖。有時候會喝蛋白粉,雖然人在國外,卻不想去健身房。重訓:目前做伏地挺身20或30下(至少)、舉啞鈴(5磅)最少50
