我國二籃球一直想變強我165左右而已不知道較適合打哪個位置可以跟我說喔還有我體能算很好所以我爆發力算好一點6公里可以跑30分以內打全場大概可以撐到3.4節請各位高手或專業人士給我一個訓練表我只有六或日可以練還有假日所以可以重一點沒差我不要舉啞鈴之類的我要伏地挺身.仰臥起坐.還有彈��
