我現在174公分大概65公斤之前有練過1個禮拜但因為模擬考所以也沒做一個禮拜結果好像之前做的全沒效==個人是做仰臥起坐每天200下可以的話希望也教我練胸肌.二頭肌.臂肌我都是睡前在床上做希望各位大大能糾正我有做錯的地方或更好的方法順便一提...每天200下大概要多久才會有或者有甚麼更快的方法
