如何把贅肉變結實..又不增加新的肌肉 - 伏地挺身

因為想先把原本的贅肉先練結實暫時不想再增加新的肌肉想請問各位大大該如何練..和練的方法(最好有圖示)從頭到腳都想練ps.如果伏地挺身和仰臥起坐一天各10050下休息一分鐘再50(休息時間越短真的越有效嗎?)這樣如果食量沒增加..是不是應該不會增加新的肌肉才對??麻煩各位大大了...Showmore
