我是屬於不高但是偏瘦的身材(170/55)我自己照鏡子時都會看到肋骨的樣子我自己也做了一陣子的伏地挺身和仰臥起坐但發現沒什麼太大的改變是我的姿勢錯誤了嗎?希望能告訴我正確的姿勢和呼吸我希望能變壯些,還有肩膀能寬些還有聽說胸部練的部位還有分上,中,下請問有各自的練法嗎?我現在手邊的
