目前都去健身房跑步之前幾個月進度很快從只能跑2KM進步到可以跑5KM可是到了5KM不論是距離或是速度.....好像就變成"凍結"狀態看書上是說想跑10公里馬拉松要練到5公里可以跑30分也就是一公里跑6分鐘=_=!!我每天認真練習也跑不到ㄝ....我有試過前兩公里加坡度+2目前跑的速度前面四公里是8.6~9.0最後�
