我現在國1,很愛打籃球,但是從小力的就很弱,每次比力一定會輸,伏地挺身覺不超過10下,仰臥起坐對高紀錄1分17下,該如何讓我的力氣有效的提升,超急的!!!!!!!(p.s:手臂的力量一定要足夠,因為我需要投射3分球)
