小弟我現在身高172體重78我知道我過重了==所以現在正在健身房(學校的)鍛鍊自己我想請問有經驗的人要如何運動?因為我今天跑了跑步機20分鐘(一次)還有做一些重訓(臂肌等等)想請問可以介紹一套的訓練方法嗎?(包括吃等等)一天運動30分鐘?我聽說重訓的話不能每天鍛鍊?因為我現在力量很小所以重訊都只��
