請問有在鍛鍊的大大家裡只有啞鈴分別為12磅及5磅的輪圈4個握力器2個不過怎練手部的肌耐力就是沒變怎會這樣?!是一天訓練不夠?還有重量訓練要練到啞鈴已經舉不起來才算有效嗎?還有怎有效鍛鍊出整隻手臂的肌肉及胸肌小腿肌背肌脖子附近也能練出肌肉嗎?身高173體重55...有點瘦"...Showmore
