我個人有舉啞鈴練手臂的習慣,動作如下,以右手為例(我舉的是八磅)原本平放,幾乎貼齊大腿,然後九十度的往上提起來,直到幾乎有種緊繃的感覺就停下。(大概會做個15~20分鐘,中間有漸歇休息)問題來了,我做完之後,關節的部份常常會有點怪異的感覺,不是痛,只是有點麻麻的,請問是我姿勢出�
