健身房新手我去健身房練上半身但是星期1去上半身都酸到星期5多去幾次情況有比較好了因為還有做跑步運動跑完還會單槓.伏地挺身(可能是這樣才會酸到星期5)但是大家不是都說做一休一持之以恆那我酸痛那麼久休1.2天假如還是酸痛不管他繼續做嗎?這樣會不會受傷之類的?(不貼酸痛藥膏之類的.那傷身體
